About The Position
As a Site Maintenance Team Member at Dash In, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is clean, safe, and operating smoothly both internally and externally. This includes maintaining the forecourt, supporting the car wash operations, and performing light repairs. Your work directly contributes to a positive guest experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (or able to complete our employer-paid GED program).
- Must be eligible to work in the US (Wills Group participates in E-Verify)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 6 months of customer service or maintenance experience.
- Comfort using basic tools such as power washers and sprayers.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout shifts.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all seasons.
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of store, restrooms, and exterior property.
- Clean fueling areas, parking lot, and interior spaces.
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain car wash and vacuum systems readiness.
- Pick up trash and keep the property looking great.
- Stock coolers and assist with deliveries.
- Provide friendly customer interactions when needed.
- Report maintenance issues to store leadership.
