About The Position
The Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for the coordination of mechanical and electrical work responsibilities to support the execution and auditing needed to achieve results in quality, cost, delivery, safety and sanitation for a high-speed manufacturing operation. This position will be off-shift and will require flexibility to assist with filling Team Vacancies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years industrial mechanical/electrical experience.
- A working knowledge of manufacturing operating systems
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Effective time management skills.
- HS/GED with related technical training required.
Nice To Haves
- Team Leader/Supervisory experience preferred.
- Previous work in a unionized manufacturing facility strongly preferred.
- Associates Degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and scheduling of mechanical/electrical work in support of the continuous operation of the Bakery.
- Coordination of mechanical and electrical work responsibilities to support the execution and auditing needed to achieve results in quality, cost, delivery, safety and sanitation for a high-speed manufacturing operation.
