About The Position

The Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for the coordination of mechanical and electrical work responsibilities to support the execution and auditing needed to achieve results in quality, cost, delivery, safety and sanitation for a high-speed manufacturing operation. This position will be off-shift and will require flexibility to assist with filling Team Vacancies. The successful candidate must have at least 5 years industrial mechanical/electrical experience. A working knowledge of manufacturing operating systems, excellent communication skills, excellent computer skills, and effective time management skills are also required. Previous work in a unionized manufacturing facility is strongly preferred. HS/GED with related technical training is required, and an Associate's Degree is preferred.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Coordination of mechanical and electrical work responsibilities to support the execution and auditing needed to achieve results in quality, cost, delivery, safety and sanitation for a high-speed manufacturing operation.
  • Monitoring and scheduling of mechanical/electrical work in support of the continuous operation of the Bakery.
  • Availability to work overtime, weekends and holidays.
