About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Maintenance Team Lead to join our Reliability Department. This key role is responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians and ensuring our production equipment and facilities operate safely and efficiently. Requirements

High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
Minimum 3 years of mechanical experience in a manufacturing setting.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage team dynamics effectively.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including pneumatics, hydraulics, PLCs, VFDs, and control safety circuits.
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and arc flash regulations.
Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and working independently or within a team.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree from a technical school preferred.
5+ years of mechanical experience preferred.
Experience with welding, machining, fabrication, HVAC, boilers, and ammonia systems is a plus.
Experience with SAP or similar CMMS software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead, direct, and support maintenance team members during the afternoon shift.
Coordinate and assign preventative maintenance, scheduled repairs, and emergency response.
Train, mentor, and onboard new maintenance personnel.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure timely, effective resolutions.
Maintain compliance with HAACP, SQF, and GMP standards.
Inspect facility and equipment for proper function and safety compliance.
Assist with inventory management and upkeep of tools and equipment.
Complete and submit accurate documentation and maintenance logs.
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
