About The Position

We are looking for a Licensed Millwright to join our team and play a key role in maintaining safe, reliable, and efficient operations across our facility. The afternoon shift runs from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm. As our Millwright, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things maintenance, including responding to and repairing machine emergency breakdowns, scheduling and completing non-emergency repairs, performing minor electrical and electronic repairs, monitoring and maintaining manufacturing equipment, completing routine preventive maintenance to keep downtime low, welding using in-house equipment, handling general building maintenance, including office areas, ordering and tracking maintenance supplies, assisting the Maintenance Manager with quotes, pricing, and purchasing, and coordinating and scheduling outside contractors. Every day brings something new — and your expertise will help keep our operation strong.

Requirements

• 3 or more years Millwright experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and understand technical documents/drawings
• Basic electrical repair experience
• Welding knowledge (or willingness to learn)
• A safety-first mindset
• Great communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
