Requirements

Candidates must have an excellent attendance record
Excellent safety record
Valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

Experience using basic hand tools/cranes preferred
Ability to learn how to operate power tools safely
Dedicated to learning lean/continuous improvement concepts and applying them to the day-to-day operation as well as regular use of other TOS tools.

Responsibilities

Changing batteries for all types of PIV’s within facility
Operate floor sweeper/scrubber
Facility repair / maintenance support including but not limited to office equipment, restrooms, kitchen and office areas, lighting, docks and doors, and outdoor property.
Construction and fabrication support work.
Assist in mechanical and electrical installation of machines.
Implement safety and good housekeeping practices.
Frequent contact with others outside the work group.
Apply TOS/Lean tools on a daily basis to ensure maximum quality and efficiency for assigned team.
As time allows, assist production in their work assignments.
