Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Industrial Maintenance experience
  • Mechanical experience with CNC equipment, servo drive systems, automated equipment, and general machining equipment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with scheduling and service coordination
  • Candidates must adequately display the ability to install, maintain and repair automated machinery and computer-controlled mechanical systems in an industrial setting.
  • Must be able to perform simple electrical calculations, read blueprints and schematics
  • Must be able to set-up and use a wide variety of hand and power tools.
  • Experience operating PIV equipment such as forklifts and ariel lifts.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support with repairs, installations, and upkeep of the facility.
  • Support preventative maintenance program development and implementation.
  • Interface with production coordinator and manager to schedule preventative maintenance on production equipment.
  • Supervise contractors working on site, ensuring compliance with the company’s policies and procedures while maintaining positive working relationships.
  • Ensure internal customer satisfaction with contracted work.
  • Monitor departmental supplies and equipment, reordering as needed.
  • Ensure the completion of all required records, paperwork, documents, etc.
  • Coordinate HSE matters to comply with legal and company defined HSE requirements and achieve continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inspections.
  • Support scheduling external suppliers for equipment repairs and parts ordering.
  • Perform work at heights in ariel lift equipment such as scissor lifts, boom lifts, etc.
  • Read and interpret manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
  • Troubleshoot malfunctions following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications.
  • Effectively communicate with machine manufacturer service and parts departments.
