Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• 2+ years of maintenance experience (senior living, hospitality, apartments, or similar)
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC
• Ability to pass a criminal background screening
• Commitment to a drug-free workplace

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate all physical aspects of the community
• Assist with coordinating and overseeing maintenance operations
• Support scheduling, work orders, and completion of daily/weekly tasks
• Help manage maintenance supplies and expenses
• Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Monitor life safety systems and building equipment
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
• Address maintenance requests promptly and efficiently
