About The Position

Formed through the 2025 merger of two well-established brands, Allegro Living is building a premier senior living platform defined by inspired lifestyles, compassionate care, and meaningful regional reach. Our community, Windsor Manor Nevada, is seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure our environment remains safe, comfortable, and well-maintained for residents and staff. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, stays proactive with preventative maintenance, and enjoys being part of a team dedicated to serving others.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- 2+ years of maintenance experience (senior living, hospitality, apartments, or similar)
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC
- Ability to pass a criminal background screening
- Commitment to a drug-free workplace

Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate all physical aspects of the community
- Assist with coordinating and overseeing maintenance operations
- Support scheduling, work orders, and completion of daily/weekly tasks
- Help manage maintenance supplies and expenses
- Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Monitor life safety systems and building equipment
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
- Address maintenance requests promptly and efficiently
