About The Position
Abbey Residential is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor. This role involves maintaining the physical integrity of the property, ensuring a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The supervisor will anticipate, identify, and correct any and all problems involving the property and implement procedures to prevent such problems, thereby maintaining a safe environment, cultivating resident satisfaction, and protecting the investment of the apartment property owner.
Requirements
- HIGH ENERGY, positive, team-oriented, have a professional appearance, be highly detailed, performance-driven, organized, excellent service skills, able to manage and organize multiple projects
- Require a minimum of 3 years multifamily maintenance experience
- Must have HVAC certification
- Must have CPO certification
Nice To Haves
- CPO certification preferred
