About The Position

Abbey Residential is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to maintain the physical integrity of the property, ensure a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The role involves anticipating, identifying, and correcting any and all problems involving the property and implementing procedures to prevent such problems, thereby maintaining a safe environment, cultivating resident satisfaction, and protecting the investment of the apartment property owner.

Requirements

HIGH ENERGY, positive, team-oriented, have a professional appearance, be highly detailed, performance-driven, organized, excellent service skills, able to manage and organize multiple projects
Require a minimum of 3 years multifamily maintenance experience
Must have HVAC certification
CPO certification preferred
Weekend work is required.
