About The Position

This is a 3rd shift maintenance position where the supervisor will be responsible for overseeing immediate and short-term maintenance goals. The role involves assigning work orders, ensuring completion of repairs, and performing lock out/tag out certifications. The supervisor will also be responsible for recognizing and rewarding technicians, counseling performance issues, and conducting safety checks. Providing mentorship, motivation, training, and professional development to the team to optimize their performance and growth is a key aspect of this role. Additionally, the supervisor will manage and oversee required paperwork and perform other relevant duties.

Requirements

• 3+ years supervisory experience within a manufacturing maintenance environment required.
• 5+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required.

Nice To Haves

• Preferably within a poultry manufacturing facility.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to provide positive reinforcement.

Responsibilities
