The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for executing the preventative maintenance program in conjunction with engineering and maintenance staff. This role involves participating in plant safety inspections, overseeing repairs of breakdowns and preventative maintenance, working with outside contractors, directing maintenance of equipment, and maintaining responsibility for the maintenance of the building and critical infrastructure. The position requires a leader who understands and anticipates business needs, supports their team through guidance and development, coordinates effectively with peers, and influences others to achieve goals. The ideal candidate will be organized, possess strong communication and relationship skills, take ownership of performance, and excel at troubleshooting. Key responsibilities include supervising an effective team, providing feedback, ensuring EHS compliance, reviewing operational reports to minimize costs and delays, inspecting machinery, and promoting EHS and continuous improvement initiatives.
