About The Position

USA MULTIFAMILY MANAGEMENT, INC. is engaged in the management of residential multifamily communities, developing, building, owning, and managing properties throughout California and Nevada. They specialize in Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties. The company offers a collaborative work environment and opportunities for talent development. They are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for their 152-unit Senior Community, Vintage Square at Westpark, in Roseville, CA. This is a non-exempt position with a Monday through Friday work schedule, though flexibility for overtime, weekends, and on-call emergencies is required. The position includes a competitive salary of $29.00 per hour and requires the employee to reside at the community, with a provided 2-bedroom apartment at no charge. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community, ensuring a safe and secure living environment, and anticipating, identifying, and correcting property issues to protect the owner's investment and cultivate resident satisfaction.

Requirements

  • At least two (2) years of experience in maintenance, preferably with apartment maintenance.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Supervisory experience in maintenance (preferably in an apartment community setting).
  • Plumbing and electrical repairs.
  • Light carpentry.
  • Glass and screen replacements.
  • Unit turns.
  • Painting.
  • Cleaning.

  • Maintaining the physical integrity of the community at all times.
  • Insuring a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and co-workers.
  • Anticipating, identifying, and correcting any and all problems involving the property.
  • Implementing procedures to prevent property problems.
