Maintenance Supervisor-1
About The Position
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for independently performing basic operating tasks in their unit/department, following instructions from supervisors to meet project needs. This role involves carrying out repairs and maintenance of machinery and equipment, conducting regular checks to ensure facilities are in good operating condition, performing general maintenance work, and working on elements for automation of services. Requirements
- Ability to follow instructions from Management or senior leadership.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and general repairs.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment and ongoing background checks and drug testing in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.
