About The Position

Maintenance Supervisor Beaumont Health Care Center 795 Lindbergh Dr., Beaumont, TX 77707 Skilled Nursing Facility Beaumont Health Care Center is seeking a reliable, skilled, and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations and ensure the smooth operation, safety, and upkeep of our facility. This role is ideal for an experienced maintenance professional who can both perform day-to-day maintenance tasks and provide oversight, direction, and prioritization for facility needs. The Maintenance Supervisor must be a strong problem solver, able to work independently, and responsive to both routine and urgent maintenance needs in a healthcare environment. As Maintenance Supervisor, you help ensure that building systems function properly, issues are resolved quickly, and the facility remains safe, compliant, and welcoming for residents, staff, and visitors.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or a similar role
  • Supervisory or lead experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools
  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems (required)
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Prior healthcare or skilled nursing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Perform and oversee routine and preventative maintenance tasks
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment and building systems as needed
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations
  • Oversee and prioritize maintenance work orders and daily tasks
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory
  • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and facility procedures
  • Coordinate vendors and outside contractors when necessary
  • Assist with general building upkeep, both interior and exterior
  • Perform other duties as assigned
