About The Position
RN Supervisor – Skilled Nursing Facility | 3508352 Location: Brooklyn, NY A well-established Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to join its clinical leadership team. This is a full-time, permanent role requiring prior supervisory experience within a Skilled Nursing Facility. The RN Supervisor will oversee nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high standards of resident care during assigned shifts.
Requirements
- Active New York RN license required
- Prior experience as an RN Supervisor in a Skilled Nursing Facility required
- Strong understanding of NYS DOH regulations and long-term care compliance
- Demonstrated ability to manage staff and clinical workflow
- Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs during assigned shifts
- Ensure compliance with New York State DOH and CMS regulations
- Monitor resident care delivery, documentation, and care plan adherence
- Respond to clinical incidents, emergencies, and family concerns
- Support survey readiness and regulatory standards
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and accountability to nursing staff
- Collaborate with the DON, ADON, and interdisciplinary team
