Weekend RN Supervisor – Skilled Nursing Facility | 3474868 Location: North Miami, FL A Skilled Nursing Facility in North Miami is seeking an experienced Weekend RN Supervisor to oversee clinical operations and nursing staff during weekend shifts. This permanent Baylor schedule role is designed for a Registered Nurse with prior SNF supervisory experience who is confident leading teams and ensuring regulatory compliance in a long-term care environment. This position serves as the primary clinical leader on weekends and requires strong decision-making and accountability. Schedule Saturday & Sunday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Day Shift) 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Evening Shift) Baylor schedule – two 16-hour shifts compensated as full-time
Requirements
- Active Florida RN license required
- Prior experience as an RN Supervisor in a Skilled Nursing Facility required
- Strong understanding of long-term care regulations and compliance
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- Ability to function independently in a supervisory capacity
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff across assigned units
- Serve as the lead clinical authority during weekend operations
- Ensure compliance with Florida and federal long-term care regulations
- Monitor quality of care, documentation, and incident reporting
- Respond promptly to resident care issues and staffing concerns
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and department leaders
- Support survey readiness and regulatory standards
