The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring our commitments to residents are met, playing a key role in delivering superior customer service. This involves ensuring quality move-ins, timely service, excellent curb appeal, and personalized attention to residents and their homes. Working in partnership with the Community Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor oversees staff and vendors to maintain the property. This role requires a high degree of professionalism and positive engagement with residents and the workforce. The ideal candidate possesses a strong sense of community building, a drive to go the extra mile for residents and staff, and excels at building relationships with vendors, regulatory bodies, and social services. A collaborative approach is essential to create favorable circumstances for organizational success. An authentic, open, and professional attitude is required when addressing resident and staff concerns, utilizing organizational support services and senior leadership as needed.
