Requirements

• Previous apartment maintenance, multifamily maintenance, facilities maintenance, or related experience required
• HVAC experience required
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification REQUIRED
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general maintenance
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
• Must have reliable transportation and basic maintenance tools
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and work orders promptly
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, and drywall repairs
• Complete apartment turns and make-ready units
• Conduct preventive maintenance throughout the community
• Maintain grounds, amenities, and common areas
• Participate in emergency on-call rotation
• Maintain maintenance inventory and supplies
• Follow OSHA, safety, and Fair Housing standards
