The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee a team of Maintenance Technicians, ensuring timely completion of work orders, managing vendor relationships, handling supply orders, overseeing apartment turns, addressing service requests, and maintaining the overall apartment community.

Requirements

• HVAC knowledge
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Background in plumbing, electrical, and drywall
• Appliance repair skills
• Experienced with apartment turns
• Ability to contact and negotiate with vendors
• Knowledge of residential repairs
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment, and more
• Organizational skills
• Available for emergency on-call rotation
