About The Position

PJ Morgan Real Estate is a rapidly growing, full-service real estate firm offering services in commercial property management, residential property management, association management, commercial sales & leasing, residential home sales, and business sales. The Maintenance Supervisor will have broad exposure to a dynamic, multi-entity business and the opportunity to make a true impact at the leadership level. This role involves leading and managing direct reports, overseeing daily tasks, training, performance reviews, and process implementation. The position also requires tracking billable hours and financials, supporting hiring efforts, meeting with the Property Management Director, leading department meetings with a focus on safety, serving as the primary escalation point for customer issues, leading team communication during emergencies, completing work orders, and actively participating in company events and culture initiatives.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in property maintenance.
  • Proven leadership experience with strong people-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage direct reports, including daily task oversight, training, performance reviews, and process implementation.

  • Meet weekly with the Property Management Director to align priorities and delegate work.
  • Lead department meetings and training sessions, with a strong focus on safety.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Lead team communication during emergencies and storm-related events.
  • Complete work orders at managed properties and properties requesting handyman services.
  • Actively participate in company events and culture initiatives.
