About The Position

Envolve Community Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to work at one of their apartment communities in Chattanooga, TN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multifamily properties, including HVAC, appliance, plumbing, electrical, HUD/Tax Credit inspections, and carpentry. Experience leading a maintenance team and a commitment to exceptional customer service are essential for this role.

Requirements

HVAC Certified
Strong background in multifamily properties with experience in HVAC, appliance, plumbing, electrical, HUD/Tax Credit inspections, and carpentry.
Experience leading a maintenance team.
Commitment to exceptional customer service.
At least 5 years of maintenance supervisory experience.
HVAC licensed.
Available to work overtime.
Must have own hand tools and any specialized tools for HVAC, plumbing & electrical.
Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Background Screening and Drug Test Required

Nice To Haves

Experience with HUD/Tax Credit inspections preferred.
High Rise with system experience.

Responsibilities

Directing other staff members and delegating assignments to ensure timely completion of work orders.
Reviewing and ordering parts or scheduling services needed for resident work order repairs.
Performing wall repairs, A/C and Heating repairs, and repairs to doors, cabinets, and closets.
Completing other duties as assigned.
Accommodating emergency on-call schedule if requested.
