Maintenance Supervisor - Riverwood Apartments
About The Position
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for performing general and higher-level maintenance services, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, and HVAC. This role requires responding promptly to resident service requests, being available for on-call duties (including weekends and nights), and participating in preventative maintenance tasks such as pool upkeep, exterior lighting checks, filter changes, and apartment inspections. The position also involves maintaining a clean work area, tools, and equipment, as well as caring for and inventorying all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or management company.
Requirements
- Minimum three years maintenance experience in the multifamily industry
- 1-2 years supervisory experience
- Refrigeration certification (type 2 or universal)
- Valid driver’s license (free from major moving violations) and dependable transportation
- CPO certification (if required in the state and location applied)
- Knowledge of OneSite preferred
Responsibilities
