This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance leader who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and is committed to maintaining a high-quality living environment for residents while supporting and developing a strong maintenance team. The position involves leading and overseeing all maintenance operations for the community, diagnosing and completing service requests across various trades, managing work orders, overseeing apartment turns, supervising maintenance team members, maintaining property standards, coordinating vendors, ensuring preventative maintenance, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service to residents. Participation in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies is also required.
