Maintenance Supervisor - Dallas - 2nd Shift
About The Position
Coordinate the day-to-day maintenance functions for company assets. Manage processes in Preventative Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, and Breakdown Maintenance. Troubleshoot complex issues. Requirements
- Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
- Generally 5+ years of experience in a related field.
- May require certification.
- Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Teach and Train individual Maintenance coordinators.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues (manages system issues).
- Actively monitor open work orders.
- Responsible for scheduling strategy and service center staffing.
- Responds to calls with Maintenance requests.
- Selects, develops and motivates assigned staff.
- Ensures associates have the tools and training necessary to do the job.
