About The Position

KMG Prestige is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Flint, Michigan, to oversee maintenance operations at an apartment community and lead a team of Maintenance Technicians. The role focuses on completing work orders and service requests promptly, coordinating with vendors, ordering supplies, managing apartment turns, and maintaining the overall property. The position includes participation in an emergency on-call rotation.

Requirements

• HVAC knowledge.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Background in plumbing, electrical work, and drywall.
• Appliance repair skills.
• Experience with apartment turns.
• Ability to contact and negotiate with vendors.
• Knowledge of residential repairs.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment, and more.
• Organizational skills.
• NSPIRE/REAC knowledge.
• Availability for an emergency on-call rotation.
