Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred with 5 years maintenance supervisory experience in preventative and predictive maintenance systems or Associates degree in any technical discipline preferably maintenance or engineering technology and a minimum of 7 years’ experience in a maintenance / planning role.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with computerized maintenance management software (CMMS).
General understanding of OSHA, ANSI, NFPA 70E, and NEC regulations.
Daily physical activity including climbing stairs and ladders, bending at the knees and back, lifting 50 lbs, walking, periodic exposure to temperature extremes and working in elevated locations.

Responsibilities

Manage preventative and predictive maintenance systems.
Manage multiple projects.
Understand key performance indicators (KPIs) such as MTBF, MTTR, inventory turns, performance to budget.
