About The Position

This role involves coordinating maintenance services across healthcare facilities within the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network (YNLHN) at Crystal Brook Hospital. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance, lead maintenance staff and contractors, manage projects, provide technical guidance, and ensure facilities remain safe, compliant, and operating efficiently. A key part of the role includes managing fire and safety systems, supporting emergency preparedness, and maintaining high standards for buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.

Requirements

Experience supervising maintenance teams in a complex facilities environment.
Relevant trade qualifications and extensive maintenance experience.
Experience supervising staff, contractors and maintenance projects.
Strong knowledge of building services, plant and equipment.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
A commitment to workplace safety, compliance and quality outcomes.
The ability to prioritise competing workloads across multiple sites.
Satisfactory Criminal History Check.
Appropriate immunisation requirements.
