About The Position

The Brook Trout Restoration Supervisor is an administrative and supervisory position responsible for supervising Brook Trout Restoration teams. The position is administratively responsible for 8 permanent, full-time employees, including the direct supervision of four Conservation Biologist I and four Wildlife Conservation Technician I positions that make up the Brook Trout Restoration teams. This position is HOME-BASED. The workstation for this position is in the employee’s home-based office using an agency-provided computer. The employee in this position is expected to provide home office space compliant with WRC and State policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in wildlife or fisheries management, fisheries science, zoology, or a biological science, or a closely related curriculum from an appropriately accredited institution and four years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must reside in the Mountain Region (west of I-77).
  • Experience with ArcGIS.
