Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.
Reliable transportation.
Availability for 24-hour, on-call maintenance upon schedule.
Must carry an owned smartphone device (cell phone reimbursement will be awarded).

Responsibilities

Oversee the overall maintenance of the property, including planning, coordinating, budgeting, organizing, and maintaining the physical needs of the property.
Perform and lead the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, and mechanical equipment.
Oversee the refurbishment of apartments.
Lead and oversee additional maintenance team personnel.
