Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Availability for 24-hour, on-call maintenance upon schedule.
  • Must carry an owned smartphone device (cell phone reimbursement will be awarded).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall maintenance of the property, including planning, coordinating, budgeting, organizing, and maintaining the physical needs of the property.
  • Perform and lead the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, and mechanical equipment.
  • Oversee the refurbishment of apartments.
  • Lead and oversee additional maintenance team personnel.
