About The Position
Envolve Community Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to work at one of their apartment communities in Bryan, TX. The ideal candidate will be HVAC & EPA Certified with a strong background in multifamily properties, including experience in HVAC, appliance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical.
Requirements
- 5 - 10 years of Maintenance Supervisory Experience.
- HVAC & EPA licensed.
- Available to work overtime.
- Must have own hand tools and any specialized tools for HVAC, plumbing & electrical.
- Able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
- Must be able to accommodate emergency on-call schedule if requested.
- Reliable Transportation.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Background Screening and Drug Test Required.
Nice To Haves
- CPO certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Directing other staff members.
- Delegating assignments to assure all work orders are completed in a timely manner.
- Reviewing and ordering parts or scheduling services needed to complete resident work order repairs.
- Wall repairs.
- A/C and Heating repairs.
- Door repairs.
- Cabinet and closet repairs.
- Completing other duties as assigned.
