About The Position

The pay range for this position is $78,500 - $87.500/yr. Supervisor SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY: Provide daily oversight and direction of hourly employee teams to ensure operational excellence; including personnel scheduling, work order, safety, and productivity plans, material availability, and the handling and resolution of employee issues. Interact daily with employee team members to provide support and on-the-job training. Strive to improve management, employee, and customer satisfaction. Develop processes and documentation to support operational activities. Provide leadership in support of the Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager in overseeing operational performance. Take on a leadership role when the Site Manager is not on site. Comply with company safety program and trainings. Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Experience working in a Supervisory capacity required.
  • Active Driver License required
  • Strong organizational, participative management, team building, customer service and verbal & written communication skills;
  • Ability to operate the CMMS database;
  • Proficiency in computer skills (Word, Excel and CMMS Database);
  • Ability to clearly direct, lead work tasks, and delegate assignments to peers.
  • Ability to communicate professionally to customers and fellow employees.
  • Ability to be badged to work in secure areas of an airport required
  • Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift including weekends and holidays required

Nice To Haves

  • Associate Degree or Technical College Certification preferred.
  • 2+ years maintenance experience preferred;
  • Familiarity with Airport operations a plus.
