The Maintenance Supervisor supervises and coordinates activities of all phases of the physical maintenance of an income producing multi-family property. This includes but is not limited to; the general maintenance of the property, daily cleaning of all common areas, completing all interior paints upon turnover of units, supervision of maintenance staff members (when applicable), prioritizing and assigning work schedules, expense control, and adherence to preventive maintenance programs and required state and federal safety programs. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, as regular travel between properties is an essential function of this position.
