About The Position

As the maintenance supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance professionals to determine repair procedures and optimize equipment performance. This role requires coordinating equipment installation, repair, and maintenance, as well as hiring, training, and overseeing workers to ensure effective, timely machine repairs. You will also monitor employee productivity, provide feedback and coaching, and ensure compliance with health and safety practices.

Requirements

Must be a U.S. citizen
Must possess a valid drivers license
Must have a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a maintenance capacity
Must be capable of communicating with all levels of management.
Must be capable of obtaining a Secret Security clearance.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge and use of predictive/preventative maintenance technologies and applications.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
Advance knowledge of pneumatic/hydraulics/robotic systems.
Must be capable of communicating with vendors and contractors.
Blueprint reading and project scheduling familiarity
Team building and team engagement skills.
