Maintenance Supervisor - Arbors at Cahaba River
About The Position
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for performing general and higher-level maintenance services, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, and HVAC. This role requires responding promptly to resident service requests and being available for on-call duties, including weekends and nights. The position also involves participating in preventative maintenance tasks such as pool upkeep, exterior lighting checks, filter changes, and apartment inspections. Additionally, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for cleaning work areas, tools, and equipment, and for the care, maintenance, and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or management company.
Requirements
- Minimum three years maintenance experience in the multifamily industry
- 1-2 years supervisory experience
- Refrigeration certification (type 2 or universal)
- Valid driver’s license (free from major moving violations) and dependable transportation
- Knowledge of OneSite preferred
Nice To Haves
- CPO certification (if required in the state and location applied)
Responsibilities
