About The Position
AMLI Residential is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor at AMLI Lakeline located in northwest Austin. In this role, you’ll lead the maintenance team and oversee all aspects of property upkeep, repairs, and preventative maintenance to deliver a high-quality living experience for residents.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of apartment maintenance experience
- HVAC/EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal)
- Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work weekends and participate in an on-call rotation
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations and vendor work alongside the Community Manager
- Lead and support the team with troubleshooting and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall, etc.)
- Ensure completion of all preventative maintenance programs (pool, lighting, filters, inspections)
- Oversee service requests and make-ready units to meet deadlines
- Maintain strong curb appeal and overall property standards
- Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor invoices
- Assist with budgeting, expense control, and capital projects
- Train, coach, and develop maintenance staff; support hiring and scheduling
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and AMLI policies
- Conduct regular inspections, including weekly property walks
- Participate in on-call rotation and support after-hours maintenance needs
