As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will contribute to increasing retention rates and occupancy percentages by maintaining and improving the physical property. You will ensure compliance within the maintenance team, improve processes and find efficiencies in workflow, and troubleshoot and implement cost-saving techniques and recommend improvements. You will lead in the management, training, and retention of quality employees, consistently review pending work orders and allocate them appropriately, and maintain monthly and yearly budget overages. You will also facilitate property maintenance issues, including scheduling regular maintenance and repair, negotiating contracts with vendors, and conducting property inspections. Additionally, you will review turns and make-ready schedules and delegate work to proper work groups.
