We’re hiring a Maintenance Supervisor at RISE Bartram Park — someone who can bring structure, accountability, and consistency to the operation. This role is about leading the maintenance operation — setting expectations, supporting the team, and making sure the community runs the way it should. It sits at the intersection of Leadership, Operations, Preventative maintenance, and Resident experience. You’re not just solving problems — you’re building a system that prevents them.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting the maintenance team day-to-day
• Managing service requests and ensuring timely, quality completion
• Overseeing preventative maintenance programs
• Coordinating unit turns and move-in readiness
• Troubleshooting complex maintenance issues
• Maintaining the overall condition and performance of the property
• Managing vendors and supporting larger projects as needed
• Ensuring safety standards and compliance are consistently met
