About The Position
You are hands on, knowledgeable, and effective at leading a maintenance team. The Role Oversee daily maintenance activities, assign tasks, and ensure the property is kept in good working condition.
Requirements
- Hotel or building maintenance experience required
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
- Leadership and communication skills
- Must be flexible to work any shifts, including holidays and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance staff and tasks
- Perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance
- Conduct property walkthroughs
- Ensure safety procedures and standards
- Maintain tools and supplies
- Assist the Chief Engineer with planning
