About The Position
Robbins Property Associates is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations for one of our apartment communities. This leadership role oversees the maintenance team, ensures exceptional resident service, and maintains the overall condition, safety, and appearance of the property.

Nice To Haves
- Previous apartment maintenance supervisory experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and develop the maintenance team
- Oversee service requests, apartment turns, inspections, and preventative maintenance
- Manage inventory, expenses, vendors, and maintenance projects
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards
- Maintain strong curb appeal and community appearance
- Participate in on-call rotation and emergency maintenance response
- Complete service requests and apartment turns
- Oversee safety and maintenance records
- Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC (Certification), appliance, and general maintenance repairs
- Delivering exceptional customer service to residents
