About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and dependable full-time Maintenance Supervisor to support the daily operations of our luxury resort property. Working under the direction of the Facilities & Grounds Manager, this position plays a key role in coordinating maintenance operations, supporting the maintenance team, and helping ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards of safety, appearance, and functionality. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working alongside a team while helping guide daily priorities, preventive maintenance efforts, and property upkeep across the resort grounds and facilities. The ideal candidate is a motivated team player who leads through collaboration, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. This individual should be comfortable balancing hands-on maintenance responsibilities with helping coordinate staff and daily operations while delivering the high standards expected within a luxury resort environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of facilities maintenance experience
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building repairs
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid drivers license

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience helping lead or coordinate maintenance staff preferred
• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance planning and facility operations
• Groundskeeping and landscaping experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist the Facilities & Grounds Manager in overseeing day-to-day maintenance and grounds operations
• Provide direction and support to maintenance staff while helping coordinate daily assignments and work orders
• Help implement and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for resort buildings, guest accommodations, equipment, and outdoor spaces
• Perform and oversee general repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical work
• Support groundskeeping efforts to maintain the appearance and condition of landscaped and outdoor areas
• Operate maintenance and landscaping equipment including mowers, tractors, and related machinery
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Respond to maintenance requests and property issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain records related to maintenance activities, equipment, and supplies
• Assist with special projects, seasonal work, and resort improvements as needed
