The Maintenance Supervisor will play a pivotal role in establishing an embedded maintenance excellence culture, supporting business growth by maximizing asset reliability, availability, and maintainability, while ensuring compliance with Safety and Quality Legal and Corporate standards within an optimal budget strategy. This role focuses on the technical development of the maintenance team, leading people, budgeting, and scheduling, while overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance execution, productivity projects, and continuous improvement. A strong emphasis is placed on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) through Progressive Maintenance (PM) to drive continuous improvement in all maintenance categories, including breakdown eradication, planned corrective maintenance, inspections and repairs, Time/Cycle Based Maintenance, and Condition Based Maintenance. Success will be measured using key metrics such as Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale, including Safety and Quality Incidents Eradication, Volume Attainment, Productivity, Global Efficiency, MTBF, MTBB, and MTTR, and Engagement.
