About The Position
Peak Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its 400+ unit property, Boulder Creek. The ideal candidate will lead a maintenance team to provide exceptional service. This is a working supervisor position that requires on-call rotation. Previous "lease-up" experience is a plus.
Requirements
- Maintenance experience
- Technical and HVAC understanding
- Electronic troubleshooting
- Equipment maintenance
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
- Ability to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
Nice To Haves
- Previous "lease-up" experience
Responsibilities
- Lead a maintenance team aimed at providing exceptional above standard service to all customers.
- Perform maintenance tasks including technical and HVAC understanding, electronic troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
