About The Position

We’re seeking a hands-on and dependable Maintenance Supervisor to keep our residential property in Clinton Twp, MI, clean, safe, and in top condition. You'll handle routine repairs, apartment turns, emergency maintenance, and ensure a high standard of living for our residents with the assistance of our management and support teams.

Basic Maintenance
Candidates must have a valid driver's license, a dependable vehicle, and pass a criminal background check.
2+ years of maintenance or related experience preferred
Plumbing, electrical, HVAC (heat pumps and forced air), painting and cleaning
Comfortable lifting up to 50-100 lbs. and working in various conditions (heights, tight spaces, weather)
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook); RealPage experience a plus
Trade school or industry certifications a plus

Responsibilities

Perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and unit turnovers
Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies, including on-call support
Maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances and structural
Maintain curb appeal by keeping lawns, sidewalks, community areas, and parking lots clear of trash and debris.
Order maintenance supplies and maintain proper inventory
Use and maintain tools and equipment properly and safely
Follow safety protocols and attend required training
Snow Removal
On call maintenance
LIHTC, Section 8, and special maintenance skills
