We’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor join our Lakeview division, located in Williams Lake, British Columbia.  Our Lakeview Division safely and sustainably produces over 230 million board feet of lumber per year for customers around the world so they can build their homes and their communities. Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications: A Journeyman ticket, diploma/technical degree in a mechanical, electrical, or related field considered an asset. 3-5 years of leadership experience preferably within a manufacturing environment A good understanding of computerized maintenance management systems (preferably JD Edwards). Excellent work-ethic, communication, organizational and time management skills to lead by example, engage your team, plan the work and get things done. Troubleshooting skills to ensure smooth daily operations. A creative problem solver who thinks beyond the obvious and executes with a vison and with precision. Apply your working knowledge of safety program development, implementation, and legislation to ensure your team follows due process and goes home safely to their family each day. Support the planning, development and execution of an effective plant maintenance program. This includes our equipment configuration database, downtime analysis, repair and preventative work order development, allocation and scheduling of resources, ongoing follow-up and refinement of maintenance procedures. Be a collaborative leader who inspires innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements
