About The Position

Vineyard Estates is seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor who can step into the role, take ownership, and hit the ground running. This is a leadership position for someone who leads by example, holds themselves and their team accountable, and is committed to providing outstanding service to our residents. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a seasoned maintenance professional with strong leadership skills and extensive multifamily maintenance experience.

Requirements

5+ years of multifamily apartment maintenance experience.
At least 2 years of Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Maintenance experience.
Highly skilled in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and general building maintenance.
Experience leading and developing maintenance teams.
Organized, dependable, self-motivated, and accountable.
Can prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Holds a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

EPA Universal Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and supervise the maintenance team.
Ensure apartment turns are completed on time and to company standards.
Manage daily work orders, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general maintenance issues.
Coordinate vendors and monitor the quality of contracted work.
Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and purchasing.
Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies.
Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe, clean, and attractive community.
