About The Position

Celtic Property Management is seeking a highly experienced Community Manager to lead Vineyard Estates, a community that includes HUD, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), and Market Rate housing. This position requires a confident leader who can balance compliance, operations, customer service, occupancy, and team development while maintaining the highest standards of excellence.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5+ years of Community Manager experience.
  • Extensive experience with HUD Section 8, LIHTC (Tax Credit), and Market Rate housing.
  • Strong knowledge of HUD regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of LIHTC compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of EIV.
  • Strong knowledge of MOR audits.
  • Strong knowledge of REAC inspections.
  • Strong knowledge of Federal Fair Housing requirements.
  • Proven experience leading and developing successful onsite teams.
  • Strong budgeting, financial reporting, and occupancy management experience.
  • Experience with resident recertifications, compliance, and annual renewals.
  • Proficiency with Yardi is strongly preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
  • Leads with integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
