About The Position

Celtic Property Management is seeking a highly experienced Community Manager to lead Vineyard Estates, a community that includes HUD, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), and Market Rate housing. This position requires a confident leader who can balance compliance, operations, customer service, occupancy, and team development while maintaining the highest standards of excellence.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5+ years of Community Manager experience.
Extensive experience with HUD Section 8, LIHTC (Tax Credit), and Market Rate housing.
Strong knowledge of HUD regulations.
Strong knowledge of LIHTC compliance.
Strong knowledge of EIV.
Strong knowledge of MOR audits.
Strong knowledge of REAC inspections.
Strong knowledge of Federal Fair Housing requirements.
Proven experience leading and developing successful onsite teams.
Strong budgeting, financial reporting, and occupancy management experience.
Experience with resident recertifications, compliance, and annual renewals.
Proficiency with Yardi is strongly preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
