About The Position

Hudson Grove Property Management (HGPM) is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to provide leadership and technical support to a small portfolio of communities (approx. 100-200 units) located in one general area within Metro Denver. This is a dynamic leadership role for someone who enjoys variety, solving complex maintenance challenges, mentoring teams, and stepping in where they're needed most. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead by example, support your team, and ensure our residents feel proud of where they live.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of verifiable multifamily apartment maintenance experience
  • 2+ years in a maintenance leadership or supervisory role
  • Pool experience and CPO Certification is required
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, appliances, drywall, painting, and general maintenance
  • Basic boiler maintenance and troubleshooting experience
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, reliable vehicle, and proof of current auto insurance (required)
  • Personal basic tool set (cordless drill, 11-in-1 screwdriver, pliers, utility knife, tape measure, etc.)
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, Microsoft Office, and Yardi or similar property management software

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting multiple properties or managing complex maintenance operations preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across assigned communities
  • Train, support, and supervise maintenance team members and vendors
  • Lead unit turns with a focus on quality, efficiency, and move-in readiness
  • Prioritize and resolve work orders with urgency and a resident-first mindset
  • Schedule and coordinate vendors when work cannot be completed in-house
  • Manage inventory and ensure accurate, timely work order closeout in Yardi
  • Coordinate seasonal and emergency maintenance, including snow removal
  • Participate in the on-call rotation following HGPM guidelines
