About The Position

This role is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring the functionality of machinery, and leading a team of employees. The Maintenance Supervisor will also manage budgets, conduct performance reviews, and ensure adherence to safety and company policies. The position involves hands-on troubleshooting and repair of various industrial systems.

Requirements

PLC and HMI maintenance & troubleshooting (including Ladder logic).
Ability to read advanced electrical and blueprint schematics.
Experience with Integrated circuit troubleshooting.
Experience wiring control circuits for 5, 12, 24, and 120 volts.
Advanced pneumatic circuit design experience.
Advanced Welding skills and experience with welding tools.
Experience with basic shop tools (hand tools, drills, lathes, and milling machine).
Experience with Bridge & Rail Cranes.
Experience with Drilling/tapping.
Experience with Circuit design & layout.
Experience with Cutting & threading pipe.
Experience with Basic pneumatic troubleshooting & repair.
Experience with Building maintenance (plat lighting, compressors, and emergency lighting).
Experience with Bending conduit and pulling wire.
Experience with Installation & set-up of motor contractors and VFDs.

3-5 Minimum Years of Experience with Industrial Maintenance experience.
1-3 Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry.
Must be able and willing to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants which might require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces.
Knowledge of Timer’s & Counter theory.
Knowledge of Electronics’ theory.
Knowledge of Encoders/decoders theory.
Knowledge of OHM’s Law.
Knowledge of Hydraulics theory & functionality.
Overhead crane experience (Certification will be required).
Internal Customer service oriented.
Possess a passion for excellence.

Responsibilities

Perform and diagnose hydraulic leaks and PMs.
Read advanced electrical and blueprint schematics.
Troubleshoot integrated circuits and wire control circuits for various voltages.
Perform advanced pneumatic circuit design.
Utilize advanced welding skills and experience with welding tools.
Operate basic shop tools (hand tools, drills, lathes, milling machine), Bridge & Rail Cranes, Drilling/tapping equipment.
Perform Circuit design & layout, cutting & threading pipe, basic pneumatic troubleshooting & repair.
Conduct building maintenance including plat lighting, compressors, and emergency lighting.
Bend conduit and pull wire.
Install and set up motor contractors and VFDs.
Ensure all employees follow safety guidelines and actively intervene to correct unsafe actions and conditions.
Conduct daily observations of PPE use and safe work practices, coaching employees as needed.
Ensure all accidents, including first aid, are reported.
Oversee hourly employee timecards, including approvals for overtime and vacation within the Infor time system.
Size motor starters and overloads for application.
Maintain machine functionality.
Complete employee development plans, organize, communicate, and motivate employees.
Prioritize own work-day schedule.
Schedule, coordinate, and direct all necessary maintenance and construction work.
Perform preliminary, intermediate, and final inspections of maintenance and construction work.
Meet with senior management regularly to provide monthly budgets and project status.
Meet with counterparts, technical partners, and customers.
Conduct regular meetings with teams (whole or one-on-one), providing objectives and monitoring progress.
Conduct performance reviews of team members, provide feedback, and make promotion or salary increase recommendations.
